Billing Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Billing Policy explains how ScalingNowLeads charges for its done-for-you B2B lead generation services. It forms part of your agreement with us and should be read alongside our Terms of Service. Specific pricing for your engagement is set out in your service agreement or proposal.

1. Subscription Fees

Our services are offered on a monthly retainer basis unless a custom arrangement is agreed in writing. Fees cover setup, infrastructure, campaign execution, copywriting, and ongoing optimization as described in your service agreement. Any performance-based or custom pricing is documented separately and does not override this policy.

2. Billing Cycle

  • First payment: is due before onboarding begins and covers your first billing period.
  • Recurring payments: are charged in advance on the same calendar date each month for the upcoming billing period.
  • Annual plans: if offered, are billed in full upfront and are non-refundable except as described below.

3. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other methods specified at checkout or in your service agreement. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for all fees when due. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry and may notify you to update your details.

4. Setup & Onboarding Fees

A one-time setup fee may apply to cover domain configuration, inbox infrastructure, data tooling, and initial campaign build-out. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced, as they reflect work already performed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the billing period has started, as resources and infrastructure are committed in advance.
  • If we are unable to begin services due to a failure on our side, any prepaid fees will be refunded in full.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable after onboarding has commenced.
  • Discretionary refunds or credits for service interruptions may be offered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Plan Changes & Upgrades

You may upgrade or modify your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period may apply. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

7. Cancellation

  • You may cancel recurring services by providing notice as specified in your service agreement (typically at least 14 days before the next billing date).
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued.
  • On cancellation, we will wind down active campaigns and provide any agreed handover assets. Unused prepaid annual months may be refunded on a prorated basis minus setup costs already incurred.

8. Late or Failed Payments

Invoices not paid within seven days of the due date may incur a late fee and suspension of services until the balance is resolved. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be terminated, and any outstanding amounts remain payable.

9. Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the client where required by law. We may add such taxes to your invoice based on your billing location.

10. Price Changes

We may adjust our fees from time to time. Any change to your existing agreed pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before the new rate takes effect. You may cancel before the change applies if you do not accept the new pricing.

11. Contact

Billing questions can be directed to us through the booking page or the contact details provided on our website. We aim to resolve billing inquiries within two business days.
